Mr. Kishan Dhanuka is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He has been on the Board of our Company since November 28, 2006. He holds a bachelors’ degree in commerce from the University of Calcutta. He is a Visionary leader who transformed a modest Ghusuri manufacturing unit into a dynamic industry force. Led rapid expansions over 40 years, diversifying the company into four divisions of engineering manufacturing, forging, and services. Led the establishment of the flagship unit, India’s largest producer of cold-drawn seamless tubes and pipes.

Mr. Nikunj Dhanuka is the Whole-Time Director of our Company. He has been on the Board of our Company since September 5, 2019. He holds a bachelors’ degree in mechanical engineering from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Dynamic leader with 10+ years of industry experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Led the vision and execution of Udaan, an automated manufacturing facility, increasing annual capacity to 72,000 MT/annum. Leads technical innovation and marketing in the seamless tubes sector, focusing on the international market.

Mr. Nishit Dhanuka is the Whole-Time Director of our Company. He has been on the Board of our Company since June 30, 2023. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Visionary leader driving Lalbaba’s financial restructuring and exponential growth since 2017. After earning his MBA from IIM Lucknow, he led initiatives that strengthened financial foundations and enabled scalability Overseeing Finance, Marketing, and Branding, his strategic insights and innovation have positioned the company for sustained success and new growth opportunities.

Mr. Amit Dhanuka is the Whole-Time Director of our Company. He has been on the Board of our Company since December 26, 2023. He holds a bachelors’ degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta. He is a former CEO in the food sector with 25+ years of leadership, youngest-ever President of AIFPA, and active contributor to national policy formulation. Drives domestic and international growth strategies at Lalbaba Engineering Group, leveraging expertise in manufacturing and global exports. Introduced strategic advancements in railway wagon components and seamless pipe manufacturing, enhancing industry capabilities.

Mr. Anil Kumar Chaudhary is the Independent Director of our Company. He has been on the Board of our Company since July 3, 2025. He holds bachelors’ degree in commerce (honours) from the University of Delhi and bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Delhi and a post-graduate diploma in personnel management from the University of Delhi. He was admitted as an associate in the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India in 1984 and the Institute of Company Secretaries in India in 1989. He was previously associated with Steel Authority of India Limited and Essar Steel Limited. He has over 36 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Dr. Dharmendra Singh Gangwar is the Independent Director of our Company. He has been on the Board of our Company since July 3, 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from the King George’s Medical College, Lucknow. He has previously served as a Secretary (BM) in the Indian Administrative Services, Ministry of Home Affairs. He has more than 33 years of experience serving across different positions in the Indian Administrative Services.

Mr. Sanjay Khare is the Independent Director of our Company. He has been on the Board of our Company since July 3, 2025. He holds a bachelors’ degree in technology in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a post-graduate diploma in management in executive management programme from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. He is associated with Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur as a visiting professor. He was previously associated with, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Volkswagen India Private Limited and Skoda AUTO Volkswagen India Private Limited. He has more than 42 years of experience handling various functions including inter alia product designs and processes, production, maintenance and electronics and rendering allied services in the automotive industry.

Mrs. Sucharita Basu De is the Independent Director of our Company. She has been on the Board of our Company since July 3, 2025. She holds a bachelors’ degree in law from the University of Calcutta. She was admitted as an advocate in the Bar Council of West Bengal in 2001. She is the founder of Acquilaw and was previously associated with Khaitan Co & LLP.
